摘要
做好防火工作,是预防大型城市综合体火灾的有效途径。在研究大型城市综合体火灾危险性的基础上,从设计施工和防火管理两大方面,分析了大型城市综合体防火存在的问题,并从设计施工、防火管理、宣传教育以及提升外保温材料的防火性能四个方面,有针对性地提出了提升大型城市综合体防火能力的措施,以期为大型城市综合体防火工作提供借鉴。
The effective route to preventing the fire of large city complex is to do well in daily fire prevention. Based on the study of the possible danger in large city complex, it paper analyzes the existing problems from two aspects of fire-prevention design and fire-prevention management; this paper also proposes some measures to improve the comprehensive preventing ability of large city complex from the four perspectives ： design and construction, fire man- agement, publicity and education and promoting the fire protecting performance of the external thermal insulation materials.
