摘要
针对一些地方盲目"造城"的现象,本文采用主成分分析法,选取土地投入产出水平及工业用地效益水平两个方面的6项指标,对陕西省26个开发区的发展水平进行了空间效益评价与结果分析,试图揭示影响开发区空间效益的因素,进而最大程度发挥开发区调整城市空间结构、完善城市功能和促进区域社会经济发展的作用。研究表明:1中心城市对开发区的辐射能力与城市等级、开发区和中心地的距离及承载的开发区数量相关,产业基础是影响开发区竞争力最重要的因素;2在交通运输业快速发展的情况下,技术、市场条件对开发区竞争力的影响大于原料、能源等要素;3开发区的产业发展方向应当与当地特色资源、产业基础及发展条件紧密结合,在不断完善发展环境的过程中,寻求经济增长的新动力。
At the aim of many “Constructing Cities” phenomena, this paper use principal component analysis, and select six indexes of land input and output level and industrial land benefit level to analysis spatial profit of 26 development zone in Shaanxi, trying to reveal the factors that affect development zone., and then maximizing development zone functions for adjusting of urban spatial structure, perfecting the urban functions, and promoting regional development of social economy. Studies have shown that:① Central cities of radiation ability to development zone is related with city level, distance between new urban district and central city and numbers of development zone, industrial base is the most crucial factor to influence competitiveness. ②With the rapid development of transportation, the impact of technology and market conditions for competitiveness of development zone is greater than the materials, energy and other factors.③Industry development of zone should be closely integrated with the local resources, industrial foundation and other development conditions, so that seeking new engine of economic growth in the process of improving the development environment.
