摘要
人禀天地阴阳五行之气而生,人身一气周流之圆运动无不遵循着阴阳二气互根互用、消长转化的规律。"物之生从于化,物之极由乎变",《黄帝内经》中论及的厥阴、阳明是阴阳转化的极致状态,分别对应圆运动左升右降的厥阴升机与阳明降机,是临床的重点、难点。文章以"气一元论"为宗旨,初步探讨厥阴、阳明之理论基础,然后结合案例浅析其在论治晚期癌症的效用。
