摘要
企业参与校企合作的原因主要想从学校获取优秀的人力资源,特别是短期的实习生,真正想与学校建立全面、深度、多元化合作的企业并不多。究其原因,既有政府方面因素,也有企业与学校方面因素。应通过宣传参与校企合作的典型企业,营造良好的社会氛围;加强立法,明确企业参与校企合作的责任、义务和权利;成立政府权威领导机构,实施宏观有效调控;企业要更新观念,承担主体角色;重视企业合理诉求,构建共赢合作机制;多形式开展校企合作,不断适应企业需要等措施来激发企业参与校企合作的积极性。
The main reason for enterprises to cooperate with colleges is to acquire superior human resources, especially short-term interns. However, there are few enterprises that want to establish comprehensive, deep and diversified cooperation with colleges, which is attributed to the government, enterprises and colleges. It is suggested to create good atmosphere by publicizing typical enterprises, to enhance the law construction and clarify the responsibilities, obligations and rights of enterprises, to establish authoritative organizations to im- plement macroscopic and effective regulation and control, to renew ideas of enterprises＇ undertaking a principal role, to attach importance to reasonable appeals from enterprises and construct win-win cooperation mechanism, to carry out diversified cooperation and meet the needs of enterprises constantly, thus stimulating the enthusi- asm of enterprises to participate in cooperation.
