摘要
采用振动挤压成型的方法制作了再生骨料替代率为75%的再生混凝土多孔砖,新制作的多孔砖抗压强度平均值为8.46 MPa;对再生混凝土多孔砖砌体进行了抗压性能试验,研究了不同砂浆强度下再生混凝土多孔砖砌体的受力全过程及破坏形态,测试得到了再生混凝土多孔砖砌体的受压应力-应变曲线和弹性模量。研究结果表明:在受压性能和变形性能上,再生混凝土多孔砖砌体和普通混凝土多孔砖砌体极为类似,砌体被贯通的竖向裂缝分隔成小立柱后被压坏,此时达到砌体的极限状态,再生混凝土多孔砖砌体的弹性模量比普通混凝土多孔砖砌体略大。通过对试验数据的回归分析,提出了再生混凝土多孔砖砌体弹性模量计算式以及受压应力-应变关系计算式。
Recycled aggregates concrete perforated brick was produced by using the method of vibration and extrusion molding. The re- placement rate of recycled aggregate is 75 percent. The average strength of recycled aggregates concrete perforated brick is 8.46 MPa. An experimental study on the compression behavior and elastic modulus of recycled aggregates concrete perforated brick masonry was pres- ented.The failure characteristic, failure process, and ultimate beating capacity of recycled aggregates concrete perforated brick masonry were analyzed, and the stress - strain cure and elastic modulus were studied too.The test results show that the compressive properties and deformation process of recycled aggregates concrete perforated brick masonry is proved to be similar to the ordinary concrete perforated brick masonry. The limit state reached after the main vertical crack forms and penetrates the specimen. It was found that the ultimate bearing capacity and elastic modulus increase with the increase of mortar strength.Based on the analyzed and nordinear regression of the test results, the calculation formula of recycled concrete perforated brick masonry for elastic modulus are proposed, and two compressive stress - strain constitutive models were presented too.
