摘要
矸石混凝土是指以煤矿井下生产产生的废弃矸石为骨料,通过破碎、分级和配合比加工而成的混凝土,矸石作为骨料的混凝土与传统骨料制作的混凝土有比较明显的区别,通过试验室力学试验测试和PFC数值分析双种手段研究得出,骨料最大粒径在12 mm以内时,制作的矸石混凝土早期强度高,后期强度发展也较明显,通过工业试验,进一步验证了此种骨料粒径下的矸石混凝土满足沿空留巷强度要求,同时密闭性强,研究结果可以在类似条件下推广应用。
Gangue concrete refers to waste gangue of coal mine production as aggregate. Gangue as aggregate for concrete and conven- tional aggregate as concrete for concrete has obvious difference by crushing, grading and ratio processing concrete.When the maximum size of aggregate is less than 12 mm, the early strength of gangue concrete is high, and the development of the later period strength is relatively obvious too by mens of laboratory mechanical tests and PFC numerical analysis of two methods study.It is further confirmed that the aggregate's particle diameter of gangue concrete meet the gob strength requirements and have strong tightness at the same time by the industrial experiments. The results can be applied in the similar condition.
