摘要
对中国对虾13个家系分别投喂毒饵,使其感染白斑综合征病毒(white spot syndrome virus,WSSV),测定个体的体长、全长和体重,记录存活时间,计算各家系的存活率。χ2检验比较家系间存活率差异。SPSS11.5软件计算相关系数。采用通径分析的方法,计算以体长、全长和体重为自变量对以存活时间做因变量的通径系数和决定系数。通过对相关系数的分解,剖析各家系形态性状对存活时间的直接作用和间接影响。结果显示,家系间存活率差异显著(P<0.05)。各家系体长、全长和体重的表型相关均达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。形态性状与存活时间的相关表现为不同程度的正相关或负相关。通径分析表明,家系间体长、全长和体重对存活时间的直接影响(通径系数)和间接影响差异较大。各家系的决定系数均小于0.85,说明体长、全长和体重均不是影响各家系对虾感染WSSV存活时间的主要相关性状。研究表明,通径分析可揭示多元分析中多个自变量和因变量的真实关系,为家系选育及家系内选育高抗病力对虾提供依据。
Thirteen families of Fenneropenaeus chinensis were acquired. They were fed with poison bait for injection with white spot syndrome virus (WSSV). Body length, total length and body weight of the individuals were meas- ured, its survival time was recorded and the survival rate for each family was calculated. X2 - test was used for compa- ring the survival rate of the various families. The correlation coefficients among body length, total length, body weight and survival time were calculated by program SPSS11.5. With body length, total length and body weight as independ-ent variables and the survival time as a dependent variable, the path coefficients and determination coefficients were calculated through the method of path analysis. Through the breakdown of the relevant coefficients, it could analyze the direct and indirect effect of the morphological traits of the various families on the survival time. The results showed that there were significant difference (P 〈 0.05) in the survival rates of different families. The phenotypic correlation of body length, total length and body weight of each family achieved very significant levels (P 〈 0.01 ). The correla- tion coefficient between morphological traits and the survival time showed varying levels of positive correlation or nega- tive correlation. The path analysis showed that there are relatively great difference between the direct influence (path coefficient) and indirect influence of the body length, total length and body weight of each family on the survival time. Determination coefficients were lower than 0.85 in all families, which meant the main traits were not the main related traits influencing upon the survival time of the Fenneropenaeus chinensis of various families infected with WSSV. This study demonstrated that path analysis could reveal the true relationship between multiple independent variables and dependent variable, and provided basis for finding the breeding and the breeding of Fenneropenaeus chinensis highly resistant to WSSV
