介绍了CKD8S型内燃机车柴油机发电机组的组成、各主要部件的技术性能参数及设计方案。该柴油机发电机组设计充分考虑了当地得气候特点,运用环境以及客户得使用要求,解决了以前同类机车柴油机发电机组的盖茨林格联轴节漏油、以及螺栓断裂等惯性质量问题,可靠性有了较大提高。
The paper introduces the CKDSS diesel locomotive diesel engine-generator set and major parts of a composition, the technical performance parameters and design scheme. The design of the diesel engine generator is fully considered the local climate characteristics, the use of the environment and use requirements of customers, to solve the previous similar locomotive diesel engine generator set gates lin gelian coupling oil leakage, and the bolt fracture inertial mass, reliability has been greatly improved.
