健康教育对治疗空气源性接触性皮炎的干预作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨健康教育对空气源性接触性皮炎的干预作用。方法对100例空气源性接触性皮炎患者进行健康教育,观察宣教前后患者的发作次数,对疾病的认知程度及误工天数。结果通过对患者的健康教育,患者对疾病的认知程度有显著提高,每月患者发病次数(0.99±0.10)少于教育前(1.94±0.12),每月患者的误工天数(3.01±0.76d)短于教育前(7.03±0.24 d)(P<0.01)。结论健康教育有利于提高患者对疾病的认知程度,减少患者的发病次数。 Objective To explore intervention effect of health education on air source contact dermatitis. Methods I00 patients with air source contact dermatitis were chosen and received health education, observing attack time, cognition degree and delay day. Results After health education, cognition degree has improved bviously, attack time per month (0.99±0.10) was less than before ( 1.94±O. 12)time, delay day (3.014±0.76) d was shorter than before (7.03±0.24) d(P〈0. 01). Conclusion Health education contributes to enhance cognition degree of patients for disease, decreasing attack times.
