摘要
目的:探讨信息化追溯系统在腔镜器械清洗、消毒、灭菌及使用过程中的运用及效果。方法:将信息化追溯系统与我院内部信息系统对接,运用条形码和无线电射频识别技术对腔镜器械进行追溯管理,并将实施追溯管理后的腔镜器械清洗效果、追溯效果及标签的书写正确率与管理前进行对比。结果:实施信息化追溯系统管理后腔镜器械清洗合格率、腔镜器械追溯成功率、无菌包标签书写正确率均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:将信息化追溯系统用于腔镜器械的管理,使每个环节操作均有数据监测并记录,能及时有效控制和处理存在的问题,且减少了手工记录,使器械包标签规范,工作效率增高,真正实现了腔镜器械的可追溯性管理,保证了手术患者的安全。
Objective： To explore the effect of information traceability system used in endoscopic equipment cleaning,disinfection,sterilization. Methods： Docking information traceability system and our internal information system,used codes and radio frequency identification technology,tracing management of endoscopic instruments and tracing management will be implemented after the cleaning effect,retroactive effect of endoscopic instruments and label the writing accuracy compared with the management. Results： After implemented the information management system of traceability endoscopic instrument qualification rate,success rate of endoscopic instruments date back,write your correct rate were all higher than in aseptic packages prior to implementation（ P 0. 05）.Conclusion： Information management systems for endoscopic instruments,traceability,so that every aspect of operations data monitoring and recording,and can effectively control and deal with existing problems,and reduces manual record,make bag tag specification,increased productivity,realizing traceability management of endoscopic instruments,guarantee the safety of patients.
