摘要
近年来,公共安全事件频发,笔者从防护空间、心理空间、传染空间等角度出发,提出"一米阳光"安全距离法则,倡导民众在大型集会或日常交际中保持"一米"安全距离。旨在形成全社会公民自觉践行的"一米阳光"安全距离法则条例。
To cope with the public safety events,the author put forward safety rule of＂One-meter Sunshine＂which benefits to construct the safeguarding space,psychological space and infectious isolate space. Safety rule of＂One-meter Sunshine＂calls for keeping at least one meter in public meeting. We wish that this rule would be obeyed by the public.
