摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜下输卵管妊娠手术患者加强护理的临床效果,旨在提高医疗服务水平和服务质量。方法:选址接受腹腔镜下输卵管妊娠手术患者120例,分为观察组与对照组,每组60例,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上采用加强护理的护理方法,对照组采用常规护理方法。结果:观察组患者疾病治疗的有效率为100%,而对照组患者疾病治疗的有效率为90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在对患者的满意度调查中,观察组患者的满意率为96.67%,对照组患者的满意率为78.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腹腔镜下输卵管妊娠手术患者进行强化护理,可以有效提高疾病的治愈率,增强患者的满意度,有利于提高医疗服务水平和服务质量,适于在临床上推广和普及。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic tubal pregnancy operation to strengthen the nursing care of patients,to improve the level and quality of medical service.Methods The location of 120 cases underwent laparoscopic tubal pregnancy operation patients,divided into the observation group and control group,60 cases in each group,patients in the observation group on the basis of routine nursing by strengthening nursing,the control group received routine nursing method.Results The observation group ofpatients with the disease treatment efficiency was 100%,while the control group of patients with the disease treatment efficiency was 90%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.In the investigation of the satisfaction of patients in the observation group,patients satisfaction rate was 96.67%,control group patients satisfaction rate was 78.33%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Intensive nursing operation in patients with pregnancy in laparoscopic tubal,can effectively improve the cure rate,enhance the patient＇s satisfaction,is conducive to improve the medical service level and service quality,and is suitable for popularization and popularization in clinical.
