红霉素联合清洁灌肠治疗极低出生体质量儿喂养不耐受65例分析 被引量:2

摘要 极低出生体质量儿由于孕周小,机体发育未成熟,吸吮能力差,吞咽功能不协调,胃肠道分泌、消化吸收、动力、激素调控、免疫功能均不成熟,易发生喂养不耐受。影响肠内营养物质吸收,延长静脉营养时间,增加感染机会,影响生长发育。为了缩短胃肠外营养时间,提高早产儿存活率,促进生长发育,红霉素静滴已经是常用的治疗喂养不耐受的方法,但由于其仅起拟胃动素的作用,有时亦难以达到预期的效果。
