CT能谱技术对伴有肝硬化的原发性肝癌优化成像的分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨CT能谱技术对伴有肝硬化的原发性肝癌成像图像质量的影响。方法对2013年1月~2014年1月在我院接受检查的16例伴有肝硬化的原发性肝癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,通过进行CT能谱扫描,使用GSI(能谱分析软件)对能谱图分析,使用OPTIMAL CNR曲线最佳CRN单能量图像对肝脏的病变情况进行分析,分别算出单能量图像与混合能量图像的噪声比比值,然后使用t检验对其执行对比。结果在动脉期混合能量图像与最佳CNR单能量图像客观评价指标比较及门静脉期混合能量图像与最佳CNR单能量图像客观评价指标比较,差异均有统计学意义,由此可见单能量图像的成像质量要比混合能量图像的好很多,两组指标相比都有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论 CT能谱技术可以显著提升在肝硬化基础上发展的原发性肝癌病变的图像品质,非常有利于提升诊断的准确率。 Objective To explore the effects of CT spectroscopy on image quality of primary hepatic carcinoma complicated with hepatic cirrhosis. Methods Clinical data of 16 patients with primary hepatic carcinoma complicated with hepatic cirrhosis who received examination in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. CT spectroscopy was carried out, and the image was analyzed via GSI(an analysis software for spectroscopy).The optimal CRN single energy image was obtained via OPTIMAL CNR curve, and the hepatic lesion was analyzed.Noise ratio of single energy image to mixed energy image was calculated respectively, and t-test was applied to compare the results. Results In the arterial phase mixed energy of image and the best CNR single energy image objective evaluation index and portal venous phase mixed energy of image and the best CNR single energy image objective evaluation index were statistically significant compared with single energy images, imaging quality so far better than mixed energy image, the indicators in the two groups had significant differences(P〈0.05). Conclusion CT spectroscopy is capable of significantly improving the imaging quality of primary two groups hepatic carcinoma developed from hepatic cirrhosis, which is of great value in enhancing the accuracy of diagnosis.
