摘要
目的比较临床中角膜干细胞移植与单纯切除治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年6月~2013年6月间的112例（120眼）翼状胬肉患者为研究对象,依据不同的治疗方法分为切除组和移植组,移植组56例（62眼）患者采取角膜干细胞移植治疗,切除组56例（58眼）患者采取翼状胬肉切除治疗,观察两组的临床治疗效果、术后复发情况和角膜上皮修复时间等。结果移植组痊愈率、复发率分别为96.8%、3.2%;切除组痊愈率、复发率分别为60.3%、39.7%;移植组痊愈率明显高于切除组,而复发率明显低于切除组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;移植组角膜上皮修复时间为（3.4±0.8）d,切除组角膜上皮修复时间为（5.6±1.1）d,移植组角膜上皮修复时间明显低于切除组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论临床中应用角膜干细胞移植较单纯切除治疗翼状胬肉更具优越性,能够大大降低复发率,并缩短修复时间,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of clinical corneal stem cell transplantation with simple excision of apterygial. Methods A total of 112 cases（120 eyes） ytterbium patients in our hospital were selected for the study from June 2012 to June 2013, and they were divided into resection group and transplantation group according to different treatment methods, 56 cases（62 eyes） patients were in transplantation group and were taken corneal stem cell transplantation for treatment, 56 cases were in resection group（58 eyes） and were taken ytterbium excision. The clinical results,recurrence and corneal epithelial healing time were observed postoperative between two groups. Results The cure rate and the recurrence rate of transplantation group were 96.8%, 3.2%, the cure rate, recurrence rate of resection group were 60.3%, 39.7% respectively; The cure rate of transplantation group was significantly higher than resection group,while the recurrence rate was significantly lower than resection group, there were statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）; The transplanted corneal epithelial healing time of transplantation group was（3.4±0.8） d, removal corneal epithelial healing time of resection group was（5.6 ±1.1） d, transplanted corneal epithelial healing time was significantly lower than the resection group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical application of corneal stem cell transplantation for treatment of apterygial excision is better than a simple superiority can greatly reduce the relapse rate and shorten recovery time, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
