冠心病伴牙周病患者牙周基础治疗后血清中相关炎性因子水平的变化 被引量:6

摘要 目的:评估冠心病伴有中重度牙周病患者在牙周基础治疗前、后血清中TNF-α、Hs-CRP和MMP-9水平的变化,分析牙周病对冠心病的影响机制。方法:将50例确诊冠心病伴中重度牙周病患者分为两组,即牙周基础治疗组与非治疗组。采用酶联免疫吸附反应法分析在牙周治疗后1个月、3个月血清中TNF-α、和MMP-9水平的改变,H s-CR P使用免疫散射比浊法。结果:TNF-α,H s-CR P和MMP-9同治疗前相比较,数值均明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月与3个月之间的比较无显著差异。结论:牙周基础治疗降低冠心病危险因子水平,有利于冠心病的预防。 Objective: The study was assessed the effect of periodontal treatment to coronary heart disease through changes of TNF-α,Hs-CRP and MMP-9 in serum. Methods: A total of 50 participants with moderate to severe periodontitis and CHD were individed into two groups: periodontal treatment(n=25) and non-periodontal treatment(n=25). TNF-α、Hs-CRP and MMP-9 were measured before, 1 month and 3 months after local periodontal treatment. Proinflammatory cytokines were analyzed by ELISA. levels.The level of CRP uses immune turbidimetric method. Local periodontal treatments include Supragingival scaling and Subgingival scaling and root planing that treated for 2-4 times for one month. Results: We detected a statistically significant decrease in TNF-α. Hs-CRP and MMP-9 levels at one or three months after periodontal treatment(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion: Successful periodontal treatment decreases serum TNF-α、 Hs-CRP and MMP-9 concentration. Cardiovascular risk status was significantly reduced.
