摘要
伴随着产业转型升级的不断推进,新加坡职业教育经历了起步、发展、跨越、蜕变四个阶段,不断升级发展。通过确立顶层设计与产业引领的双驱思路、推动传统途径与特设培训的并行发展、建立制度优化与文化改良的互促机制、实现技术创新与前沿培训双重引领,新加坡迅速改变了职教薄弱状况,发展出世界一流职教体系,成功推动了产业转型升级的发展。
Along with the industrial upgrading,Singapore vocational education experienced the following four steps： starting stage ／ develop ／ spanning develop ／ transmutation. The success experiences of Singapore vocational education could be conclude into： establishing the dual mechanism of top-level design and industry leading; implementing the traditional way of vocational education and special vocational training,complementing the mechanism and culture improvement and crate the local uses of world experiences.
