摘要
介绍了板式放矿崩落采矿法凿岩爆破工艺,并与无底柱分段崩落采矿法进行了对比,对延米爆破量进行了分析统计,结果表明,板式放矿崩落采矿法平均延米爆破量比普通无底柱分段崩落采矿法高40%以上,凿岩部分的成本相应减少40%以上。板式放矿崩落采矿法采用回采壁龛,采切比也大幅降低。矿体中等以上稳固的矿山,采用板式放矿崩落采矿法有利于减少矿石成本,提高矿山的经济效益。
The drilling and blasting technology of board type ore-drawing caving mining method is analyzed,and it is campared to non-pillar sublevel caving mining method. Besides that,the linear meter blasting volume is discussed. The results show that,the average linear meter balsting volume of board type ore-drawing caving mining method is higher almost 40% than that of the ordinary non-pillar sublevel caving mining method,and the cost of drilling of board type ore-drawing caving mining method is less almost 40% than that of the ordinary non-pillar sublevel caving mining method accordingly. The niche is mined by the board type ore-drawing caving mining method,the stripping ratio is also reduced. The ore cost can be reduced and economic benefits can be improved by using board type ore-drawing caving mining method in the mines with medium stably above orebody.
