摘要
论述了12 k V断路器极柱零件及其嵌件的设计,并对模具设计和工作过程做了详细描述,还对上、下出线端和灭弧室如何在模外预装并在模具中定位作了介绍。实际生产表明:成型的零件达到使用要求,模具结构合理。
The design of parts and inserts of a 12kV breaker pole post was discussed; and the mould design and working process were stated in detail. The pre-assembly of up and down leading-out terminals and arc-extinguishing chamber outside the mould and then the positioning in the mould were also presented.
