摘要
根据大型门式斗轮堆取料机堆取料工况对其活动梁起升机构液压系统特性的要求,分析了该液压系统采用插装阀的必要性及优越性,并从基本回路分析入手,详细阐述了插装阀在门式斗轮机活动梁起升机构液压系统中的功能及应用,为同类产品的设计及改造提供借鉴。
According to the requirement on hydraulic system of lifting mechanism of walking beam by material stocking and reclaiming condition of the gantry bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer,the paper analyzes necessity and superiority of applying the cartridge valve in the hydraulic system,and specifies its function and application in hydraulic system of the lifting mechanism of moving beam of gantry bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer,providing reference for design and modification of similar products.
