摘要
2010年以来,美国推行亚太再平衡战略,在诸多领域加强了对菲律宾的援助,两国同盟关系不断强化并呈升温态势。美菲同盟强化间接推动了菲律宾在南海问题上与中国对抗,使中国周边安全局势复杂化,促使中国重新思考地区政策。
Under the background of the US Re-balance Strategy to Asia-Pacific since 2010,U.S strengthens its assistance to the Philippines in many fields,reinforces the alliance-ship to be closer even in the future. The reinforcement of US-Philippine alliance pushes forward the confrontation to China for Philippines on the South-China Sea issue,＂triggers＂echos of the surrounding countries,which makes the peripheral security situation of China more complicated,and the Chinese regional policy to be reconsidered.
