摘要
综述了基于GAP的三唑交联固化体系、基于惰性聚醚和聚酯的三唑交联固化体系,指出三唑交联固化体系在高能低特征信号固体推进剂中具有良好的应用前景。分析认为,GAP主链上承载原子的质量分数偏低,且侧链上三唑环的刚性结构及其在GAP主链上的随意分布是基于GAP的三唑交联弹性体力学性能不佳的原因。指出开发兼具优异力学性能和较高能量的三唑交联固化体系将是今后努力的方向。
The triazole crosslinked curing system based on GAP,non-energetic polyether and polyester was reviewed.It is pointed out that there is huge prospect of triazole crosslinked curing system on solid rocket propellant with high energy and low signature.The reasons for poor mechanical properties of triazole crosslinked polymers based on GAP were presented as the low molecule content in the main chain,as well as the rigid triazole ring in the side chain and its random distribution. The new triazole crosslinked polymeric binders with good mechanical properties and high energy will be the focus of research in the future.
