摘要
在形成与发展的过程中,东盟始终坚持自己的行为方式,并以此作为规范成员之间及东盟与地区外国家相互接触与协作的原则。作为诸多中小国家组成的政府间组织,东盟在领导地区整合中存在着自身的优势,但也面临着难以克服的障碍。东盟需要采取切实措施增强自己在领导地区整合中的行为能力,在建设东盟共同体的过程中促进地区的和平稳定与发展繁荣。
ASEAN tries to become a true leader in the regional integration in East Asia. In the process of formation and development,ASEAN has always adhered to its own behavior approaches,as the norms and principles guiding mutual contact and collaboration between internal members and external powers. In promoting East Asian regional integration,ASEAN is pushed as the core and leader in promoting the rising process in East Asia as a whole. As an intergovernmental organization composed of many small and medium countries,ASEAN has its own advantages as well as formidable obstacles in leading current regional integration. ASEAN needs to take concrete measures to enhance its credibility in leading regional integration,and promoting regional peace and stability,development and prosperity,in the process of building the ASEAN Community.
