摘要
2014年,东南亚的政治、安全和外交形势发生了一些引人关注的变化。在国内政治方面,印尼、泰国发生了较大的变化,缅甸、马来西亚、菲律宾等国的执政党和反对党围绕即将到来的大选做积极的准备。在地区安全方面,伊斯兰国组织(ISIS)给地区安全带来了新的威胁和挑战,各国制定了相应的对策。在外交方面,大国平衡外交继续在东南亚各国外交中占据主导地位。在区域一体化方面,东盟共同体建设正在稳步推进。
In 2014,there were some eye- catching changes in political,security and diplomatic situation in Southeast Asia. In terms of domestic political aspect,great changes took place in Indonesia and Thailand. Both ruling party and opposition parties in Myanmar,Malaysia and the Philippines made active preparation for the upcoming general election. In regional security,given new threats and challenges brought by Islamic State of Iraq and Greater Syria'( ISIS),the relevant countries in Southeast Asia formulated corresponding measures. In diplomacy,balance of power policy still dominated in the diplomatic strategy in Southeast Asia countries. In terms of regional integration,construction of ASEAN community was push forward steadily.
