摘要
针对宽厚板双边剪生产中存在的卡钢问题,采取优化剪切顺控、精确钢板定位以及改变主传动角度等方式进行了改造。改造后,双边剪卡钢问题基本得到了解决,停机率明显减少。
According to the plate of bilateral shear problems of steel locked in production, it was reformed by optimizing shear sequence control, precise plate position and changing the plate main drive angle mode. After the transformation of bi lateral shear, the problems were solved, stop rate was decreased.
