摘要
随着世界天然气消费的日益增长,天然气贸易交接计量中流量计的核查越来越引起企业的关注。对国内外天然气贸易交接计量中核查流量计的设置必要性和方式进行了研究和对比分析。研究认为:天然气贸易交接计量宜设置核查流量计或者核查流程,原则上交接计量站优先推荐采用与"一对一"核查方式;核查流量计的选用应主要考虑天然气贸易交接量的大小;当项目投资有限且贸易交接量较小时,也可考虑采用串联流程或者系统软件功能。但是,当计量管路采用1用1备设计时,应避免使用串联流程。此外,核查流量计的设置方式还应考虑项目所在地国家规范和标准、工程投资、现场安装条件等的影响。
With the increasing demand of natural gas in the world,verification of flow-meter in natural gas custody transfer measurement has been paid more attention.This article conducted in-depth research and comparative analysis on the necessity and methods of gas custody transfer verifying flow meter at home and abroad.We suggest that the metering of natural gas custody transfer should be set up with verifying flow meter or process.In principle,it is recommended that transfer metering station should adopt the 'one to one' verification mode in priority.At the same time,verification flow meter selection should mainly take the amount of natural gas custody transfer into account.When the investment is limited and custody transfer is small,tandem process or system software features also can be used.However,tandem process should be avoided in the case of metering system with two measurement loop(one work,one standby).In addition,the national regulation and standards,project investment and on-site installation conditions,etc.can also impact the setting methods of verifying meter.
