摘要
分析医技科室导致医患冲突的主要原因是:医患双方认知存在的差异,医患沟通不畅,科室检查流程不畅等。建议通过加强医德及素质教育,优化检查流程,提升专业素质及服务能力,构建人文管理的理念等措施,减少医患冲突的发生,构建和谐医患关系。
Analyzes the reasons and characteristics of conflict between doctors and patients in medical imaging department. The common reasons are that the cognitive is difference between doctors and patients, the communication and the checking process is not fluency, and so on. We should enhance the medical ethics and quality-oriented education, optimize the process of checking, improve professional quality and service ability, construct the concept of humanistic management, in order to reduce the occurrence of conflict between doctors and patients. Construct harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
