摘要
以葡萄品种红地球为材料,通过控制灌水量,研究葡萄叶片的叶面积和叶绿素、脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)含量及质膜透性指数的变化。结果表明:在灌水量分别为最大持水量65%(CK,正常灌水)、45%(轻度水分胁迫)、30%(中度水分胁迫)、15%(重度水分胁迫)条件下,红地球葡萄叶片的脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量和质膜透性指数随着灌水量的减少而增加,叶绿素含量随着灌水量的减少而减少,叶片生长速度随着灌水量的减少而减缓。
The potted plants of grape variety Red Globe are used for the experiments,by controlling different irrigation quantity to study the change of grape leaves proline,membrane permeability,malonaldehyde(MDA) content,chlorophyll content and leaf area. The result shows that under the condition of soil relative water content of 65%(ck)、45%(mild)、30%(moderate)、15%(severe),Red Globe grape leaves proline,membrane permeability,MDA content increased with the decrease of soil water. The content of chlorophyll,the speed of leaf growth and slowed down with the decrease of soil water.
