摘要
文章结合云南元谋县番茄生产及采后技术,介绍番茄的贮藏技术、运输方式及销售保鲜方法,并从番茄的加工产业方面分析元谋番茄产业的竞争优势。
Tomato originated from Peru and Ecuador in South America and is a main kind of vegetable in China. Combing with tomato production and postharvest processing technology of Yuanmou county, Yunnan province, this paper introduced the storage technologies, transportation, marketing and preservation method of tomato. The competitive advantages of tomato were analyzed from the aspect of processing industry.
