摘要
热处理是压力容器制造过程中的重要工序,检验热处理的效果可以通过硬度检测的方法进行,本文对各种金属材料用于相应介质中热处理后硬度检测的合格范围进行了阐述,判断热处理的效果很方便;另外在压力容器其他制造过程中,硬度检测是一种既经济又方便的辅助手段,本文罗列了在压力容器制造过程中通过硬度的检测发现或解决问题事例,供同行借鉴。
Heat treatment is an important process in pressure vessels manufacturing. The effect of heat treatment can be verified by hardness measurement. In this paper, the acceptability limit of hardness testing for all kinds of metal materials used in corresponding media after heat treatment is described; this method is very easy to determine the effect of heat treatment. In addition, in the other manufacturing process of pressure vessels, hardness testing is an economical and convenient auxiliary means. This paper, as a reference, lists the problem cases which are founded and solved by hardness testing in pressure vessels manufacturing.
