摘要
目的:了解社区退休老人睡眠状况与心理健康的关系,为进一步干预提供科学依据。方法:以某社区退休老人100例为研究对象,用睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行调查,分析SRSS与SCL-90评分之间的关系。结果:100例中SRSS评分阳性率56%,有慢性病(χ2=14.835,P=0.000)、70岁以上(χ2=6.996,P=0.008)、空巢(Z=-3.528,P=0.000)和家庭关系(Z=-2.754,P=0.006)、邻里关系(Z=-2.784,P=0.005)、健康自评较差(Z=-2.868,P=0.004)的老人睡眠状况相对较差,有睡眠问题的老人SCL-90的躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子评分和阳性项目数相对较高(t=3.752,3.154,2.818,2.516,3.047,3.559;P=0.000,0.002,0.006,0.013,0.003,0.001)。结论:社区退休老人大多存在睡眠问题,慢性病、年龄、空巢、家庭关系、邻里关系、健康自评是影响睡眠的因素,有睡眠问题者心理健康水平更低。
Objective：To explore the relationship between sleep and mental health of the retired elder-ly people in community and to provide scientific evidence for further intervention.Methods：100 retired elderly people in a community were investigated with Self-Rating Scale of Sleep（ SRSS） and Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）.The relationship between score of SRSS and that of SCL-90 was analyzed.Re-sults：The positive rate of SRSS was 56%in the 100 cases.The scores of SRSS were significantly higher in the retired elderly people who were in the seventies and empty nest,had any chronic diseases,had a poor family or neighborly relations and self -evaluation of health（χ2 =14.835,6.996,Z =-3.528,-2.754,-2.784,-2.868;P=0.000,0.008,0.000,0.006,0.005 and 0.004）.The scores of factors with somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,terrorist and the number of positive project of SCL-90 were significantly higher in the old people who had sleep disturbances （ t =3.752,3.154, 2.818,2.516,3.047,3.559;P=0.000,0.002,0.006,0.013,0.003 and 0.001）.Conclusion：Most of the retired elderly people in community have sleep disturbances.The chronic diseases,age,empty nest, family or neighborly relations and self-evaluation of health are influence factors.The retired elderly peo-ple in community with sleep disturbances have worse mental health.
