摘要
基于问卷调查,从主客观两方面分析了高职旅游类专业毕业生就业质量状况。结果发现,与刚工作相比,毕业生在权力型增长、声望型增长和财富型增长方面均有所提高,毕业生对工作满意基本表现为工作待遇满意和工作发展潜力满意两个方面。并在此基础上从提升就业质量的视角提出建构"态度、技能、证书"三位一体的人才培养模式,加强校企联动、深化校企资源共享以及建立合作企业参与考核的第三方评价体系的高职旅游类专业人才培养模式化优化变革措施。
Based on questionnaire investigation,the article analyzes higher vocational tourism class professional graduate employment situation from the subjective and objective quality two aspects. The results showed that power type growth、popularity type growth and wealth growth are improved compared with just work. Graduates are satisfied with the work treatment and the development potential. And on this basis,the article puts forward some change efforts from the perspective of improving employment. Such as constructing " attitude,skills,certificates" : specialty talent cultivating pattern,strengthening school enterprise linkage,deepen the school enterprise sharing of resources and setting up cooperative businesses in assessment of third party evaluation system.
