热压温度对脲醛树脂浸渍杨木压缩材工艺与性能的影响

Influence of the hot-pressing drying temperature on technology and performance of Poplar wood impregnated with urea-formaldehyde resin

摘要 对脲醛树脂浸渍杨木进行热压压缩和干燥定型工艺试验,研究热压温度对其干燥工艺和性能的影响。结果表明:热压温度对浸渍改性杨木压缩材的干燥工艺和性能影响显著,随温度升高,干燥速度加快、变形回复率降低、吸水厚度膨胀率逐渐减小、抗弯强度和抗弯弹性模量逐步降低,综合各项性能和干燥工艺,热压干燥温度取140℃为宜。 The technical experiment of hot-pressing compression and deformation fixation of Poplar wood Impregnated with Urea- formaldehyde resin was carried out, and Influence of the hot-pressing temperature on technology and performance was discussed. The result shows that the drying speed were improved and deformation springback, but thickness swelling of water-absorbing, modulus of elasticity and the modulus of rupture decreased with increasing the temperature, the optimization hot-pressing temperature is 140℃.
