摘要
针对锦纶绒毛植绒布存在的印制效果、色泽均匀性及色牢度不理想等问题,对锦纶植绒布印花前进行预处理,结合印花染料的选择、色浆的配制及工艺条件的优化,确定了印花生产工艺。生产实践表明,印花后的锦纶绒毛植绒布具有清晰的印花图案和较高的色牢度,减少了印花图案的疵点,提高了印花制品的质量。
Flocked nylon has been pretreated before printing for such problems of flocked nylon as unsatisfactory printing effect, color uniformity and fastness. The printing process was determined by combinations of selecting printing dyes, preparing pastes and optimizing the process conditions. Production practice showed that flocked nylon after printing exhibited distinct printed patterns and high color fastness, which reduced the defects of printed patterns and improved the quality of printing products.
