摘要
石灰石粉广泛的应用到混凝土中,其对混凝土性能有着重要影响。本文通过加入15%和30%的石灰粉混凝土与未加石灰石粉混凝土进行对比试验,研究石灰石粉对混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明:石灰粉能够明显改善混凝土的工作性能但也会明显降低抗压强度,通过扫描电镜分析可知在水化早期,石灰石粉能够加速Ca(OH)2的生成,同时能够稳定钙矾石的存在,不利于混凝土后期性能。
Limestone powder is widely applied to concrete,it has a important influence on concrete performance. This paper study on the limestone powder impact on the properties of concrete by adding15% and 30% of limestone powder concrete compared with without limestone powder concrete. The experimental results showed that limestone powder can obviously improve the working performance of concrete but also can significantly reduce the compressive strength,by scanning electron microscopy( SEM) analysis in the early hydration,limestone powder can accelerate the formation of Ca( OH)2,and stabilize ettringite what is bad for concrete performance.
