摘要 油井水泥石是在地层岩石中工作,必然要受地层围压的作用,其力学性能的表现可以通过三轴应力实验来考察。为准确描述水泥石在三轴作用下的特殊力学行为,本文提出了一种数学分析模型,该模型基于Weibull统计理论,从弹塑性损伤失效的角度出发,利用Mohr-Coulomb准则建立起细观与宏观的桥梁,得到了油井水泥石在三轴应力作用下的统计本构关系。以此本构方程来拟合水泥石在单轴、三轴应力作用下的应力-应变曲线,与实验结果匹配良好。 Cement stone is under confining pressure because of working in formation rock. So the mechanical properties of cement stone can be examined by triaxial stress experimental instrument under confining pressure. In this paper,an accurate mathematical mode was proposed todescribe special mechanical behavior of oil well cement stone under triaxial stress. The model based on Weibull statistic theory,from the perspective of elastic-plastic damage failure,using Mohr-Coulomb criterion,build a bridge of microscopic and macroscopic and obtain statistical constitutive relation of oil well cement stone under triaxial stress. The stress-strain curve of cement stone under homotaxial and triaxial stress fitted by constitutive equation coincide with the experimental results.
