摘要
目的探讨护理管理在预防老年患者医院感染中的应用效果,完善护理管理制度,减少医院感染。方法调查分析2013年1月-2014年12月实施强化护理管理后的1 994例老年住院患者临床资料为观察组,回顾性分析2011年1月-2012年12月采用传统护理管理的1 473例老年住院患者临床资料为对照组,对比分析两组老年患者医院感染发生情况。结果观察组老年患者发生医院感染43例,感染率2.16%,感染部位依次为呼吸道感染19例、泌尿系统感染9例、切口感染7例、胃肠道感染4例、皮肤及软组织感染与其他感染各2例;对照组老年患者发生医院感染60例,感染率4.07%,感染部位依次为呼吸道感染28例、泌尿系统感染11例、切口感染6例、胃肠道感染5例、皮肤及软组织感染4例、其他感染6例;观察组医院感染率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.799,P<0.01)。结论强化护理管理,可提高临床服务质量,有效预防控制医院感染,降低医院感染率。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of nursing management on prevention of nosocomial infections in the elderly patients and improve the nursing management system so as to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections . METHODS A total of 1 994 elderly patients who were hospitalized and treated with intensified nursing management from Jan 2013 to Dec 2014 were assigned as the observation group and were retrospectively analyzed ,while 1 473 elderly patients who were hospitalized and treated with conventional nursing management from Jan 2011 to Dec 2012 were set as the control group .The incidence of nosocomial infections was observed and compared between the two groups of elderly patients .RESULTS The nosocomial infections occurred in 43 elderly patients in the obser-vation group with the infection rate of 2 .16% ,including 19 cases of respiratory tract infections ,9 cases of urinary tract infections ,7 cases of incision infections ,4 cases of gastrointestinal tract infections ,2 cases of skin and soft tissue infections ,and 2 cases of other infections .The nosocomial infections occurred in 60 elderly patients in the control group with the infection rate of 4 .07% ,including 28 cases of respiratory tract infections ,11 cases of uri-nary tract infections ,6 cases of incision infections ,5 cases of gastrointestinal tract infections ,4 cases of skin and soft tissue infections ,and 6 cases of other infections ;the incidence of nosocomial infections of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （χ2 =10 .799 ,P〈0 .01） .CONCLUSION The intensi-fied nursing management can improve the quality of clinical service ,effectively control the nosocomial infections , and reduce the incidence of the nosocomial infections .
