摘要
中国工会组织对工会干部和骨干的培养和训练是工会整体工作的重要组成部分。中国工会十六大,已就工会今后一个时期的路线方针及指导思想工作重点做出了明确规定,任务十分繁重。这就需要中国工会进一步加大对工会干部和骨干的培训力度,提高他们的素质,提高他们对于理解和贯彻落实工会路线方针的能力、联系职工群众的能力、维护职工群众合法权益的能力、团结教育吸引职工群众的能力,使他们不仅成为合格的工会干部,而且还要成为社会活动家、法律专家、劳动与社会保障方面的专家、协调劳动关系的专家、集体谈判和集体协商的专家,等等。因此,今后工会干部培训工作的重要性会更加凸显,中国工会对此有着更明确的认识和更有力的保障措施。
The cadre training work is an important part of the overall work of trade unions in China. The 16 th national congress of ACFTU has made clear stipulation of working principles, guiding ideology and key working point in the period in the future. Trade unions in China should make greater efforts to train cadres,to improve their quality,their ability of understanding and implementing the working principles of ACFTU,their ability of protecting labor rights and interests,their ability uniting with the masses,so as to foster a large number of qualified trade union cadres,social activists,legal experts,labor relations experts,collective bargaining experts,etc. therefore,strengthening cadre training management and the training quality is an effective approach to keep sustainable development of trade unions in China.
