摘要
合成回路冷态开车及热态降温过程,会造成工艺气放空浪费,为确保装置运行的经济性,同时缩短合成氨装置的整体开、停车时间,采用氮气循环为合成回路升温或降温,而不影响前端的开车或停车进度。为保证氮气循环的安全性,利用2014年消缺检修机会,合成气压缩机以氮气为运行工况介质,对合成回路进行了氮气循环试运行,考察机组及合成回路各设备的运行情况,为今后合成塔升、降温提供实际的运行经验。
Cold state start-up and hot state cooling down process in synthetic loop would cause process gas venting and waste. To ensure plant operation under economic mode and shorten the total start-up and shut-down time in the whole synthetic ammonia plant, nitrogen circulation was adopted for warming up and cooling down the synthetic loop while not impacting the front end start-up and shut-down schedule. Takingthe overhaul in year 2014 as a chance to test the nitrogen circulating in synthetic loop, also considering the safety, the operation status of compressor skid and equipment in synthetic loop was investigated to accumulate experience for later warming up and cooling down the synthetic tower.
