矿用三电平SVG中点均压与死区补偿控制策略研究

摘要 针对基于二极管箝位型(NPC)逆变器主拓扑的矿用三电平静止无功发生器(SVG)直流侧中点电压平衡与死区效应问题进行了理论分析,提出了一种基于调整驱动脉冲的中点电压平衡和死区效应补偿的控制策略,通过一个算法同时实现对中点电压平衡和死区效应补偿的控制目标。该控制策略通过判断电流空间矢量所在扇区来准确、简便地判断SVG三相交流电流的极性,作为平衡SVG直流侧中点电压和补偿死区效应的依据。基于TMS320F28335型DSP搭建了660V、100k VA矿用三电平SVG样机。实验结果表明,提出的控制策略可有效实现SVG直流中点电压平衡,同时有效减小死区效应造成的输出电流畸变现象。 Unbalance of the neutral point voltage at DC- side and the dead- time effect of three- level SVG based on the NPC inverter topology was discussed. And a control strategy based on trigger pulse adjustment to balance the neutral point voltage and compensate the dead- time effect was proposed,to simultaneously achieve neutral point voltage balancing and dead- time effect compensation using one single algorithm. The current space vector in the two- phase static coordinate system was applied to judge the directions of the three- phase output current of the SVG with which to implement neutral point voltage balancing and dead- time effect compensation. At last,an 1140 V 100k W SVG prototype was developed with DSP TMS320F28335. The validity of the proposed control strategy was verified in experiment.
