摘要
目的探讨腕横纹皮瓣修复手指皮肤软组织缺损的疗效。方法 2013年3月~2014年1月,采用腕横纹皮瓣修复手指皮肤软组织缺损9例,冲压伤5例,电锯伤2例,切削伤2例。皮瓣切取范围1.5 cm×1.5 cm^2 cm×5 cm。术后给予抗感染、扩血管、解痉等处置,术后1~3 w依据肌腱损伤情况开始功能锻炼。结果术后患者随访3~6个月,平均4.5个月,临床疗效评定分级,优7例(77.78%),良1例(11.11%),差1例(11.11%)。结论该皮瓣血管恒定,供区瘢痕小,术后外观功能恢复良好,在手指皮肤软组织缺损的修复中不失为一种较好的选择。
Objective To explore the curative effect of transverse wrist crease flap on repair of finger tissue defect .Methods From Mar.2013 to Jan.2014, transverse wrist crease flap was used to repair finger soft tissue defect in nine cases , tamping injury in five cases, electric saw injury in two cases , and cutting injury in two cases .The cutting range of flap is from 1.5 cm ×1.5 cm to 2 cm ×5 cm.Postoperative anti-infection, vasodilator, and spasmolysis were provided .Within 1-3 w after the operation, function exercise began according to the injury of the tendons .Results After the operation, all patients were followed up for 3-6 months, averagely 4.5 months;the clinical efficacy evaluation and classification is excellent in seven cases （77.78%）, good in one case （11. 11%）, and poor in one cases （11.11%）.Conclusion The transverse wrist crease flap vessel is constant , the donor scar is small, and the postoperative appearance is recovered well , so it is a good option in repair of finger soft tissue .
