摘要
针对某电站660 MW亚临界锅炉吊挂管在运行过程中短时间内多次发生爆管和泄漏,通过宏观检验、金相检验及成分分析等方法,结合锅炉结构对管子失效原因进行了分析。结果表明:吊挂管局部长时超温运行导致爆管,内壁NaFePO4和Na3PO4积盐是引发超温的直接原因。
To solve the problem of frequent hanger tube burst occurring in short operation period of a660 MW subcritical boiler,a number of experimental tests were conducted in consideration of the boiler structure,such as the macroscopic examination,metallographic test and composition analysis,etc.Results show that the hanger tube bust is directly caused by the accumulation of NaFePO4 and Na3PO4salt on inner surface of the tube,where local longtime overheating happens.
