摘要
采用自制反应型乳化剂,通过相反转法制备水性环氧树脂乳液,探讨了最佳的乳化工艺。试验结果表明,最佳乳化工艺为:HBL值16.7,乳化温度60℃,乳化剂含量20%,搅拌速率1500 r/min。经测试,合成乳液的粒径为358.4 nm,粒径分布窄;涂膜性能优异。
Waterborne epoxy resin emulsion was prepared with self-made reactive emulsifier through emulsification process. The test results indicate that the best emulsification process was:HBL value 16.7,emulsification temperature 60℃,the stirring speed of 1500 r/min, and 20% of the amount of emulsifier. The test results show that the average particle diameter is 358.4 nm and particle size distribution is narrow. The coatings had excellent performance.
