摘要 研究了掺聚丙烯仿钢纤维(PPTF)透水混凝土的基本性能,测试了PPTF类型及掺量对透水混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度、孔隙率和透水系数的影响。结果表明:在普通透水混凝土中掺入一定量的PPTF是可行的,不会发生结团及锈蚀现象;PPTF掺量为3 kg/m3比较合适,与普通透水混凝土相比,尽管孔隙率和透水系数有所下降,但仍满足使用要求,而强度则有明显提高,其中以锯齿形PPTF增强效果最优;掺PPTF透水混凝土可以满足一般轻交通路面的应用条件。 Performance tests are conducted on pervious concrete mixed with polypropylene thick fiber(PPTF),in which basic indexes such as compressive strength,flexural strength,porosity,permeability coefficient under different PPTF types and different PPTF dosages are measured. Results indicate:mixed with certain amount of PPTF in ordinary pervious concrete is feasible without the occurrence of agglomeration or rustiness,the PPTF dosage of 3 kg/m3 is relatively appropriate,under which compared with the ordinary pervious concrete,both porosity and permeability coefficient are decreased,but application requirements are still met,while both compressive strength and flexural strength are increased obviously, and the optimum enhancement effect is obtained by the zigzag pprlT, the pervious concrete mixed with PPTF can be used in ordinary light traffic pavements.
