摘要
以自然湿地中采集的梭鱼草和美人蕉为试材,在室外模拟条件下研究了这2种湿地植物组合在高浓度畜禽废水条件下的净化作用及植物生理变化。并探讨了该湿地植物组合对废水的净化作用与生物学效应之间的关系。结果表明:该种植物组合对高浓度畜禽废水有较好的净化处理效果:COD、TP、NH3-N分别从1 615-2 364、33-71、115-224mg/L下降到136-280、17-76、0.5-9.0mg/L,均能达标排放。周期结束植物各项生理指标正常,生长状况良好,选用的梭鱼草和美人蕉组合搭配建造人工湿地不仅有良好的景观效果,而且对畜禽废水有较好的净化作用。
Taking Pontederia cordata and Canna generalis which grow in natural wetland as materials,the purify and biological effcet of two kinds of plants under high concerntration of livestock wastewater was studied in outdoor simulated conditions.The correlation between clean and biological effect was also studied.The results showed that two species had good purify treatment effect for livestock wastewater:COD,TP,NH3-N were decreased from 1 615-2 364mg/L,33-71mg/L,115-224 mg/L to 136-280 mg/L,17-76 mg/L,0.5-9.0 mg/L,which could reach the standard of discharge.The physiological indexes of plants was in normal range and the plants grew well.The combination wetland plants of Pontederia cordataand Canna generali in constructed wetland not only had good landscape effect,but also had high purify effect for livestock wastewater.
