摘要
目的观察康复新液联合西瓜霜喷剂治疗复发性口腔溃疡(recurrent aphtllousulcer,RAU)的临床疗效。方法将120例门诊收治的复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分成治疗组和对照组两组,每组60例,治疗组用康复新液及西瓜霜喷剂治疗,对照组用华素片治疗,5天为一个疗程,观察两组的临床效果。结果康复新液治疗组疗效(口腔局部灼痛、局部充血水肿、溃疡面愈合等)明显优于华素片对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合西瓜霜喷剂治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效高、副作用少、复发率低,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with watermelon frost spray in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods 120 cases of outpatient department in patients with recurrent oral ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group two groups, 60 cases in each group, the treatment group were treated with Kangfuxin Liquid and watermelon frost spray, the control group was treated with Dobell tablet, 5 days for a course of treatment. Results The control group is obviously better than that of cydiodin Kangfuxin Liquid in therapeutic group（P0.5）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with watermelon frost spray in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer is high, less side effect, low recurrence rate, worthy of clinical application.
