摘要 基于牡丹江牡丹江市控制单元污染源、总量减排、断面水质、治污投入等相关基础数据,采用数理统计方法分析治污投资与污染减排、水质改善间的关系,提出单元治污绩效分析方法。牡丹江的减排投资和COD减排量之间呈正相关和线性回归关系,减排投资有力的支撑了COD减排。2005-2010年,牡丹江化学需氧量排放量与高锰酸盐指数浓度成正相关,说明牡丹江流域环境质量改善体现出了COD总量减排的效果。 The data of pollution sources, total pollution emissions reduction, water quality, investment of pollution treatment was used to study on the analytical method of performance of anti-pollution, adopting mathematical statistics methods to analyze the relationship between investment of the pollution treatment and pollution reduction, study on the relationship between investment and water quality improvement. Correlation analyses showed that the investments of pollution emissions-reducing and COD reduction was positively correlation and linear regression relationship, the investment of pollution emission reduction is an important support to COD emission reduction work in Mudanjiang. It is positively correlation between the discharge of chemical oxygen demand from 2005 to 2010 and the concentration of permanganate index, it shows that the improvement of environmental quality is due to the total COD emission reduction effect in Mudanjiang river basin.
