摘要
网络购物自从"非典"以后,逐渐热了起来。但始终困扰其发展的瓶颈之一物流配送,虽然经过近十年的发展,但有些问题至今没有得到很好的解决,尤其是近年的"双十一",快递配送问题更加突出。如今无论哪种模式的电商,都在加大对物流体系的投入,以其给消费者更好地购物体验。文章以京东商城和唯品会为例,研究二者的物流模式,为相关各方提供借鉴与参考。
The network shopping since after "SARS", gradually heating up. But always troubled the development bottleneck of logistics distribution, although after nearly ten years of development, but some problems have not been solved, especially in recent years, the "double eleven", express delivery issues more prominent. Now, no matter what kind of model of electric business, are on the increase in the logistics system of investment, to the customer shopping experience. This paper takes the Jingdong Mall and the only product as an example, the study of the two logistics mode, and provide references for related parties.
