摘要
我国自21世纪以来经济就得到了前所未有的发展,需要人民的生活水平也在逐渐提高,随着居住环境的改善,与之相匹配的各类工程项目也越来越多,其中需要对水利工程的建设成本造价进行严格控制与管理。文章对我国水利工程造价全过程的控制与管理现状进行了全面的分析,提出了加强水利工程造价全过程控制与管理的具体措施,确保水利工程建设企业的健康、稳定发展。
Since twenty-first century, the economy of our country has experienced an unprecedented development, in which people＇s living standards are improving gradually. With the improvement of the living environment, all kinds of matched projects becomes more and more. It is necessary to strictly control and manage the construction cost of water consevancy project. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the current situation of control and management of the whole process of China＇s water conservancy project cost, and puts forward measures to strengthen the whole process cost control and management of water conservancy project, to ensure the healthy and stable development of the water conservancy project construction enterprises.
