摘要
构建我国城市社区多元化纠纷解决机制,对于社会稳定与和谐社会建设具有重要意义。文章针对目前我国城市社区纠纷解决机制面临的困境,分析了原因,在借鉴国外相关经验的基础上,提出了构建我国城市社区多元化纠纷解决机制的建议。
Urban communities to build our diversified dispute settlement mechanism , for the construction of social stability and social harmony is important .In this paper , the current plight of the urban community dis-pute resolution mechanism facing our country , analyzes the reasons , learn from foreign experience , based on the recommendations to build our urban communities diversified dispute settlement mechanism .
